Welcome to Cindy’s Art Studio. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All products are handmade or custom-made, and small variations may occur — this adds to the uniqueness and character of your item.

2. Products

Our products include embroidery, leather goods, engraving, and personalized items.
Each product is crafted with care using quality materials. Please note:

Colours and textures may vary slightly due to natural materials and screen display differences.
Engraving and embroidery placement may differ slightly on each item due to the handmade nature.
Custom orders are created based on customer-supplied details (spelling, design, color choices). Please double-check all information before placing your order.

3. Orders & Turnaround Times

Most orders are made to order. Standard turnaround times are 7–14 business days, not including shipping.
Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing.

4. Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via trusted postal and courier services.
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier. Cindy’s Art Studio is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Tracking details will be provided once available.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, returns or refunds are generally not accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
Proof of damage (such as photos) may be required.

6. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom designs are made exactly as approved by you. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.
Cindy’s Art Studio cannot be held responsible for spelling errors or incorrect details provided by the customer.

7. Care Instructions

Keep leather items away from moisture and direct sunlight for extended periods.
Embroidered items should be washed gently and not ironed directly over the design.
Engraved and vinyl items should be wiped clean with a soft cloth.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and product images on this website are the property of Cindy’s Art Studio.
You may not reproduce, copy, or resell any of our designs without permission.
