1. Processing Time

All items are handmade or custom made to order, which means each piece is crafted with care before it’s shipped.

• Standard processing time: 7–14 business days before dispatch.

• Custom or bulk orders may take longer depending on design and materials.
  If you need your order by a specific date (for a birthday, event, etc.), please get in touch before placing your order to confirm turnaround.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide using trusted postal and courier services such as Australia Post.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

• Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier service.

Please note: delivery times are in addition to processing times.

3. Local Pickup

If you’re located near Yanchep, WA, you may choose Local Pickup at checkout.
You’ll be notified by email when your order is ready for collection, and pickup times can be arranged.

4. Delays & Lost Parcels

Once your order is lodged with the carrier, Cindy’s Art Studio is not responsible for postal delays, lost parcels, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking number first, then contact your local post office or reach out to us for assistance.
